Now Hiring: Payroll Implementation Specialist (Time Labor Management)

 Location: Remote – Must reside in Florida
 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
 Pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour

 KeyStaff is currently seeking a qualified and professional Payroll Implementation Specialist with a focus on Time Labor Management (TLM) to support our client in the payroll and employee leasing sector. This is a fully remote role for candidates located in Florida. If you thrive in client-facing roles and have experience in payroll processing or PEO operations, we encourage you to apply.

 Requirements:

 - 2+ years of experience in payroll, employee leasing, or PEO environments
 - Strong background in Time and Labor Management (TLM)
 - Client-facing implementation experience
 - Experience managing time clocks and customizing TLM systems based on client needs
 - Excellent phone communication and problem-solving skills
 - Must pass background and drug screening

 Preferred Qualifications:

 - Experience with TLM (Time Labor Management) setup protocols and client specifications
 - Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation software
 - Comfortable leading client meetings and gathering detailed specs

 Key Responsibilities:

 - Manage Time and Labor systems setup and implementation
 - Set up and configure TLM based on each client's procedures and protocols
 - Conduct client meetings to assess and document needs
 - Oversee and troubleshoot time clock systems
 - Serve as primary client contact for TLM onboarding and support
 - Ensure timely, compliant, and accurate implementation
