In this role, the Human Resource Generalist will lead payroll administration, support core HR functions, and manage business analytics and reporting. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with labor regulations, streamlining HR processes, delivering data-driven insights to enhance operational performance, and advancing key strategic initiatives.
Repsonsibilties:
- Lead Payroll Operations – Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, including processing, general ledger management, and reconciliation to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll execution.
- Employee Relations & Compliance – Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, offering guidance on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance to foster a positive and compliant work environment.
- Regulatory & Policy Compliance – Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies, including the ongoing management and revision of the Employee Handbook, to minimize organizational risk.
- HR Program Administration – Manage and support key HR programs such as performance management, talent development, and training initiatives to enhance workforce capability and retention.
- Cross-Functional Project Leadership – Drive small-scale, cross-departmental projects focused on improving operational workflows, increasing efficiency, and supporting organizational transformation.
- Strategic Collaboration & Business Analytics – Partner with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements, implement process enhancements, and leverage analytics tools to inform data-driven HR strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner or generalist capacity, with demonstrated success supporting organizational objectives.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP) and HR analytics tools, with the ability to interpret workforce metrics to drive data-informed decisions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations, with proven experience ensuring HR compliance and supporting internal policy alignment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster productive relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and execute in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
