The Staffing Specialist role is critical to promoting positive client communication and delivering outstanding customer service to both our clients and applicants. He/she must interview applicants, take job orders from clients, fulfill job orders, and answer the phone, all while remaining respectful and enthusiastic. In this role, the Staffing Specialist will be working closely with the Branch Manager to receive general direction, coordinate tasks, and communicate status updates, with the expectation that the Staffing Services Team is primarily responsible for the staffing outputs.
