Penmac Staffing is hiring Material Handlers for immediate openings in Eldon, Missouri. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or warehouse experience who are looking for steady work, competitive pay, and benefits from day one.

Material Handler Responsibilities

As a Material Handler, you will support production operations by ensuring materials and components are delivered accurately and efficiently. Key duties include:

• Operating and maintaining pallet jacks, wrappers, tuggers, and other material handling equipment
• Verifying part numbers and quantities using production dry erase boards
• Monitoring production lines for part changes and material needs
• Loading correct component parts from pick areas using carts and tuggers
• Removing finished goods from production lines and transporting them to designated areas
• Removing outdated labels and applying new labels to correctly identify parts
• Using handheld scanners to replenish pick locations
• Lifting and moving materials manually or with power hoists
• Operating industrial trucks or electric hoists to move materials and products safely

Requirements for the Material Handler

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 45 pounds
• Basic reading and math skills
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to follow safety and quality standards

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $17.75 per hour
• Shifts available:
  • 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Overtime available as needed
