Warehouse Lead

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee key inventory operations and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of daily warehouse activities. This leadership role will focus on coordinating team members through inbound and outbound processes, maintaining inventory through cycle counts, and helping resolve discrepancies through thorough research. You'll also support staff, uphold standard operating procedures, and contribute to team performance through training, coaching, and communication. Requirements:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
Must have prior leadership experience in a warehouse or inventory-focused role
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for an 8-hour shift
Must be proficient in English (reading and writing)
Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team effectively is a must have

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
