Turret Forklift Driver - 1st Shift

Allegiance Staffing is hiring a reliable and safety-focused Turret Forklift Driver for a leading cold storage facility. This position plays a key role in warehouse operations by handling inventory movement with precision and accuracy using turret forklifts.

You’ll be responsible for moving, stacking, and counting merchandise while working closely with the warehouse team to maintain safety and efficiency in a cold and high-reach environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a turret forklift to move, stack, relocate, and count products
Ensure proper labeling and placement of all merchandise to maintain inventory accuracy
Follow all warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all staff
Collaborate with the operations team to complete tasks in a timely manner
Support additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Requirements:

Valid forklift operator certification
Minimum 1 year of experience operating a turret forklift in a warehouse
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in cold storage conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-reach areas
Flexibility for scheduling and cross-training

Pay rate:
$17-$35/hr Based on experience
