We are looking for dynamic bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service agents to join a versatile team trained across multiple campaigns and ready to pivot where needed.

Responsibilities:
- Call Center Support across multiple campaigns as part of a cross-trained response team
- Flex between projects based on real-time business needs
- Deliver excellent service across a variety of customer interactions
- Adapt quickly to new processes, tools, and workflows
Schedule & Flexibility:
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Must have open availability, including evenings, overnights, and weekends
- Weekly schedules provided in advance—but flexibility is essential due to 24/7 campaign needs
Requirements:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Must be able to pass multiple background checks
- Must have open flexibility
- Remote position- Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Louisianna, North or South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Indiana
Preferred:
- Fluency in Spanish (Written, Reading, Verbal)
Pay Rate-$11/hour
