Continuous Improvement Coordinator

We're seeking a bilingual Continuous Improvement Coordinator who thrives on data, efficiency, and innovation to join our client, a leader in the agri-food industry in Cornwall. With a strong foundation in Power BI, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and a sharp eye for yield and operational performance, you could be the missing piece in a high-performing team that values precision and progress.

What We Offer:

Salary: Competitive annual salary between up to $80,000, based on experience.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze and optimize yield and efficiency across operations using data-driven insights.
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
Leverage Excel and PowerPoint to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Bilingual (French/English) – essential for effective communication across teams.
3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Proven track record in yield analysis, efficiency improvement, and data visualization.
Analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
