As a Flagger, you’ll be responsible for directing traffic safely around construction zones, utility projects, and road maintenance areas. Your role is essential in protecting workers, drivers, and pedestrians while keeping traffic flowing smoothly.

· Direct and control traffic using hand signals and signs

· Communicate clearly with team members and the public

· Maintain a safe work environment at all times

· Stay alert and responsive in active road conditions

· Ability to stand for long periods and work in all weather

· Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making

· Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
