MS-IL Staffing & Packaging and its local client are NOW HIRING for a 2nd Shift Stand-Up Forklift Operator in the Indianapolis, IN (Park 100 area)!

Position Details

Position: Stand-Up Forklift Operator (Reach Truck / Order Picker)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: $19.60/hour
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Park 100)

What You’ll Do

As a Stand-Up Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in warehouse operations by safely moving materials and supporting daily logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate stand-up reach trucks and order pickers safely and efficiently
Load, unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse
Pick and stage orders based on work instructions
Verify quantities, labels, and destinations before moving materials
Assist with wrapping, banding, and packaging products
Safely enter and exit trailers when handling materials
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Support additional warehouse tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of forklift and warehouse experience
Experience operating stand-up reach trucks and/or order pickers
Ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Basic math skills
Strong attention to detail and safety

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to lift, push, and pull materials of varying weight
Comfortable working at heights up to 20 feet
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing temperatures
