Position: Order Picker / Reach Truck / Sit-Down Forklift Operator
Shift: Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Pay: $19.50/hour

Position Summary
This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of warehouse equipment to move, store, and ship materials. The ideal candidate has experience operating multiple types of forklifts and understands warehouse and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down forklifts
- Move, load, unload, and store materials throughout the facility
- Safely enter and exit trailers while handling materials
- Verify quantities, parts, and destinations before movement
- Assist with weighing, banding, wrapping, and packaging products
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness of surrounding personnel
- Support receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Maintain and report on equipment condition
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of forklift experience (Order Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit-Down required)
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements
- Frequent walking, standing, reaching, and bending
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials of varying weight
- Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse and logistics experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, spreadsheets)
- Ability to build effective working relationships
