Position: Returns Associate
Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday to Friday
Pay: $18.00
Location: Zionsville Road and 96th Street/ Northwest Indy

Summary:

The reeturn processer is responsible for process returned customer equipment. This equipment can be, but not limited to mobile phones, tablets, scanners, printers, and laptops. Ensuring all supply goals are met while providing customer service and professionalism to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Use the provided digital resources and knowledgebases to assist in day-to-day tasks
Troubleshoot, triage, and determine condition of all returned equipment
Create transactions in Tangoe’s proprietary web-based portal
Create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in Tangoe’s WMS for every item returned
Meet the expectations of the assignment, which is heavily based on throughput
Arrive on time
Follow the safety and security policies set within the department

Work Environment:

Seated
Temperature controlled warehouse
At computer station for duration of shift

Competencies:

Tech savvy
Comfortable with computers, technology, and mobile devices
Comfortable with Microsoft Office

Office/ Warehouse environment, climate controlled
