Bilingual Production Team Lead (Food Production) - 1st Shift

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bi-lingual Production Lead to join our food manufacturing team in Lewisville, TX. The Production Lead will help manage the daily production operations to ensure product quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate production line activities to meet daily output targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including GMP, HACCP, FSMA, and company sanitation standards.
Monitor CCPs and conduct in-process quality checks (e.g., weights, temperatures, sealing integrity).
Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff; promote a culture of safety and accountability.
Troubleshoot and support operation of food manufacturing equipment such as mixers, ovens, depositors, packaging lines, or fillers.
Maintain accurate production records, including batch documentation, lot tracking, and downtime logs.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product consistency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in food safety or production management preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a food production or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading production lines or crews.
Solid understanding of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, based on production needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or production reporting systems a plus.
Ability to work in cold/hot environments and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
