Bakery AM/PM Laborer

Staffing Network is currently looking for you to join our team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our mini muffins! Our client, who is located in Mokena, IL, is looking for individuals that will also maintain all aspects of production run during the shift and assist with shift transfer.

Schedule:

1st Shift - (03:00AM – 03:00PM)

2nd Shift – (03:00PM – 03:00AM)

(Sunday to Thursday)

Primary Duties:

Packing: Pack 4oz pouches into a carton. This includes folding the flap to close carton. Rate expected 9 - 10 per min.
Standing for Long Periods: Be prepared to stand for extended periods during your shift. We provide regular break periods to help manage this. You will work 12-hour shifts over 4 days.
Cleaning and Disinfecting: Every Sunday morning, we dedicate time to thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the production area to maintain high hygiene standards.
When stepping away from your work area you must notify the manager.

Skills & Physical Expectations

Ability to stand and walk for long periods as required.
Capable of lifting, bending, and reaching for equipment or materials.
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with precision.
Maintain focus and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
