We are currently seeking motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Associates for our Rancho location. Below are the key details:

Experience Required
Candidates must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience operating the following warehouse equipment:
• Cherry (Order) Picker
• Stand-Up Reach Truck
• Sit-Down Single Forklift
• Stand-On Electric Pallet Jack

Physical Requirements
This is a highly physical role that involves frequent lifting and consistent movement throughout the shift.

Training Schedule (1st Shift)
Training will take place on 1st shift for approximately 2–4 weeks:
• Monday–Thursday: 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: 5:30 AM – 9:30 AM, with possible overtime until around noon

2nd Shift Schedule (Post-Training)
• Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM (OT as needed)
• Friday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (OT as needed to complete daily orders)

Compensation
• $20 per hour, including shift differential
