Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with strong customer service skills? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and provide top-notch customer service, handling urgent requests with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Manage Accounts Payable (experience with Sage is a plus but can be learned).
- Reconcile daily receipts, prepare bank deposits, and manage cash drawers.
- Submit warranty claims to manufacturers.
- Assist in maintaining showroom cleanliness.
- (Bonus) Help manage and update our social media accounts.
Schedule:
- Tuesday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch provided in-office)
What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience with Sage (or willingness to learn)
✔ Attention to detail in handling financial transactions
✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
✔ Social media experience is a plus!
