Warehouse Technician

It is April and we are currently seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Technicians to support a fast-paced special events and production company in the Nashville area. In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing equipment used for live concerts and events, including lighting, lasers, atmospheric effects, and more. Responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, organizing gear, and assisting with basic equipment checks to ensure everything is show-ready.

Pay: $21/hour

Schedule: 4-day work week with rotating day off, 8am to 6pm

Warehouse Technician: Skills and Qualifications

Must have valid driver’s license
Ability to lift to 70lb and stand for 10+ hours a day
Mechanical Experience: Basic experience with electronics, small machine, HVAC, or electrical
Basic Warehouse Skills: Familiar with general warehouse operations, such as receiving, sorting, and maintaining inventory
Safety Awareness

Warehouse Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize special effects equipment in the warehouse
Maintain inventory records and track equipment movement
Work with the team to prepare and package equipment for events
Perform basic maintenance checks to ensure equipment is working properly
Transport equipment locally to event sites as needed
Follow all safety guidelines when handling items such as pyrotechnics, lighting, and audio/visual equipment
Assist with loading and unloading trucks for event setup and breakdown
