Immediate opening for qualified individuals to join a customer care team for a successful manufacturing company.  

Please note: SAP is a mandatory requirement for this role. 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls
• Process customer orders
• Process quotes, samples, document request and RMA requests
• Work with the sales, accounting, logistics and other internal department
• Distribute incoming mail

Qualifications:

• Must have good people skills
• Must have previous SAP experience, mandatory requirement
• Must have computer and data entry skills

One month onsite training then hybrid three days in office, two days remote once trained.
