We are seeking skilled Plant Machine Maintenance Technicians for immediate Direct Hire opportunities with our world-class automotive manufacturing facility in Shelbyville, IN. 2nd and 3rd shift positions

As a Plant Machine Maintenance Technician, you will:
  1. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance (PM) tasks, documenting all work.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair Allen Bradley PLC systems and CNC machines.
  3. Assist with routine repairs, machine maintenance, and major equipment repairs as needed.
  4. Maintain inventory levels for materials and supplies.
  5. Perform special projects and other tasks as assigned.
  6. Work closely with Maintenance Supervisors and escalate repair concerns when necessary.

Qualifications:
  1. High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  2. Experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair.
  3. Preferred: Experience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley).
  4. Knowledge of CNC machine maintenance.
