Allegiance Staffing has an immediate need for production process operators for a large food client located in Lancaster, PA. The Manufacturing Process Operator reports to the production supervisor and assures the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing processes that transform raw materials into finished products by working as a pre-batcher, loader, unloader and concentrator. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to perform well on any of the assigned tasks and be a team-focused individual who is passionate and driven to deliver best in class performance. This position is responsible for maintaining the stability and productivity of manufacturing operations, to ensure business success and sustainability.
Pay Rate: $20/ hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Machine Setup and Startup:
- Set up machines, tools and equipment.
- Ensure all systems are calibrated, and raw materials are prepared for production.
Pre-Batching:
- Accurately weigh and prepare raw materials to be used.
- Introduce raw materials into the production process, following strict batch procedures.
Loading and Unloading:
- Loader: Safely load raw materials into production machinery at the start and throughout the shift. This
- includes operating tools or other material-handling equipment to transport materials to the appropriate
- machines.
- Unloader: Remove finished products from the machinery, inspecting them for quality before
- transporting them to designated areas.
Running Production Cycles:
- Operate machines during production, monitoring various indicators (temperature, pressure, etc.) to
- ensure the process runs smoothly and within established parameters.
Monitoring Quality:
- Continuously inspect products during and after production to ensure they meet required specifications.
Concentration (Concentrator):
- Oversee specific steps where materials are reduced or concentrated, ensuring the correct ratio or consistency. This may involve operating specialized equipment to control liquid or chemical
concentrations within the product.
Documentation:
- Record daily production data, including batch numbers, quantities, machine performance, and any production issues for traceability and reporting.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift objects up to 50lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be a team player, willing to work in a growing, demanding and fast-paced environment.
- Must be a self-starter and willing to work flexible hours if necessary.
- 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Attention to details to monitor production processes.
- Familiarity with food safety, codes, regulations, SQF, and other relevant standards.
