3rd Shift - Ganesh Swiss Style Lathe Operator

Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Lathe Operator - Ganesh Swiss Style for our Clearwater, FL client.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd: Train on first shift 7:00am - 3:30pm, then transition to 3rd shift Sunday 10:00pm- 7:30am , Monday - Thursday 11:15pm - 7:30am

Job Details: Responsible for operating Ganesh Swiss-style CNC lathes to manufacture precision components. Candidate will train on 1st shift and transition to 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Ganesh Swiss CNC machines
Review and interpret blueprints and part drawings
Conduct quality checks using precision measuring equipment
Maintain production efficiency while ensuring part accuracy
Perform routine machine maintenance tasks

Requirements

Previous experience on Multi Spindle Multi-Axis Machine (Ganesh Swiss Style Lathe)
Blueprint reading required
Measuring tool experience
Commitment to quality workmanship
Strong attendance record
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
No phone use on plant floor
