1st Shift - Insert Operator

Work Now Staffing is looking to hire for Insert Operator for our Tampa, FL client.

Pay: $15.50 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 6:00am - 1:00pm, Monday to Friday

Job Details:

We are seeking a reliable Inserter Operator to set up and operate automated inserting equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for machine setup, operation, quality checks, and ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate inserter machines according to job specifications
Load materials and monitor machine performance during production
Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and proper completion
Troubleshoot minor issues and report equipment problems as needed
Complete production documentation and maintain a clean work area
Follow all safety procedures and production schedules

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs multiple times per day
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Previous production or machine operation experience preferred (not required)

Work Environment

Warehouse/production setting
Overtime may be required based on workload
