We are partnered with a supportive, student-centered school district seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. Position Overview:

Location: Thornton, CO
School Schedule/Hours: First day of school late July 2026; 7:45am-3:15pm
Grade Level: K–8
Caseload: 40–50 students

Mild–Moderate Caseload (general education population)
Mixed Caseload (general education + higher needs students)

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
School-based experience preferred
Strong collaboration skills and passion for supporting students in educational settings
Active or eligible Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP licensure

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $67,500 - $80,000/year (based on experience)
