Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and clean environment in the lobby area. This role combines greeting and assisting guests with maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests and visitors with a warm, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- Provide general information about the facility, services, and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, entrance, and surrounding public areas.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
- Assist with special requests such as delivering items to guest rooms or helping with luggage.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
- Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure the lobby and guest-facing areas are always neat, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights
- Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
