Job Title: General Assembler
Location: Clintonville, Wisconsin
Projected Employment Start Date: 05/12/2025
Compensation: $17/hour & UP

We are seeking skilled and dedicated General Assemblers to join our team. This position involves assembling various parts and components using hand and power tools. Your ability to read and interpret blueprints and obtain the necessary materials will contribute to the success of our assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble parts and components using hand and power tools according to specifications.
Interpret technical documents and blueprints to guide assembly tasks.
Ensure materials are prepared and available for assembly operations.
Maintain high standards of quality and precision during assembly.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Experience in mechanical assembly and repair is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Competence in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.

Employment Requirements:

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (required before employment).
Post-employment drug testing:
- A second test will be conducted 7 to 10 days after starting.
- Random drug testing will occur periodically thereafter.

Important Note:

Failure to pass any drug test will result in removal from company housing. Individuals will be required to arrange their own transportation out of Wisconsin.
