1st and 2nd Shift Die Setters needed for our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of vehicle exterior and interior decorative trims, including ornamentation, badges/emblems, body-side moldings, painted emblems, small/medium grilles, and accessories.    Pay based upon experience, $23-25 per hour.  Must have some previous experience in Die Setting, Injection Molding and manufacturing processes.  All candidates must submit a complete, up-to-date resume to be considered.

GENERAL SUMMARY                                                                                                                    

 Responsible to function as a Die Setter in the molding department.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS OF THE JOB

-Perform scheduled mold changes on a timely basis.

-Perform housekeeping duties as needed “6S” or required.

-Relieve operators for breaks as required.

-Set-up work area as required with the utility.

-Perform light duty mold repairs as needed or requested (i.e. water line, vacuum line, etc.).

-Complete all check sheets, repair forms, and other forms as required.

-Perform last shot when pulling a mold.

-Process improvements as needed or required.

-Report all safety and machine problems through the proper channels.

-Comply with all LP&P and MIOSHA Safety regulations

-Recommend and participate in quality and productivity improvements.

-Other duties as assigned by management

-Hi-Lo Training & licensed

-Overhead Crane training & licensed

-Lock Out/Tag Out trained

- Successfully competed Die Setter Training

-Machine and process knowledge.
