Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Onsite)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hour

Customer Service Representative Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports daily operations in a fast-paced fresh produce environment by managing customer orders, coordinating communication, and resolving delivery or product-related issues. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order processing and high-quality customer service.
Customer Service Representative Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, updates, and changes
- Handle delivery issues, shortages, and coordinate follow-ups with drivers
- Track and resolve product discrepancies in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Customer Service Representative Requirements
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service and/or logistics experience preferred
