We’re looking for a Bilingual Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety. This role combines administrative leadership, accounting support, and vendor management—all in a collaborative team setting.
Pay Range
$18.00 – $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
What You’ll Do as the Bilingual Office Manager
- Manage daily office operations and answer inbound calls.
- Handle invoicing, A/P & A/R reconciliation, and collections in QuickBooks.
- Prepare and organize documents: quotes, correspondence, vendor paperwork.
- Oversee job costing and schedule customer appointments.
- Maintain vendor relationships (pricing, credit apps, waivers, liens).
- Track leads, quotes, and conversion rates.
- Provide executive support for training, travel, and files.
What We’re Looking For in a Bilingual Office Manager
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing business.
