Monday-Thursday, some OT on Fridays
$17.00/hr
Our client is a manufacturing company that specializes in the design, engineering and manufacturing of molded products. They are seeking a 2nd Shift Assembler to join their team. The hours for this position are 3:00pm – 1:00am (Monday – Thursday) with occasional overtime as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing setting
- Assemble plastic parts according to specifications
- Remove plastic molds from tooling
- Stand for the duration of the shift
- Lift and carry up to 35lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders
- Meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
- Basic math skills
