Food Packaging Associate

1st and 2nd Shift

$14-$16 based on experience

Job Description:

Our client is a leading food production company located here in Metro Detroit. They are looking for a Production Associate that will be responsible for the assembling and packaging of food.

Responsibilities:

Preparing ingredients for the assembly of food products
Prepare packaging for food products
Cold and wet conditions (40 degrees F)

Qualifications:

People with a strong work ethic, regardless of experience level
Food service and/ or production experience preferred but not required
A steady successful work history
Be able to work mandatory overtime and weekends
Maintain perfect attendance, no excused absences in first 90 days
Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time
Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
Work as a team to help meet production goals
Comfortable working in cold and wet conditions (40 degrees F)
