Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime offered based on production needs

Position Summary:

The Mailroom Production Associate is responsible for supporting mail processing operations by sorting, inspecting, and preparing materials. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Sort and organize mail according to specifications
Perform quality inspections to identify errors or defects
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Maintain workflow efficiency in a fast-paced production setting
Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment required
Quality inspection experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable transportation required (Commerce Crossing area)
Bilingual candidates are a plus
