Picker / Packer

Summary:

Our client is one of the largest online retailers of beauty products in the country. They are looking for a Picker/Packer to join their Warehouse team. In this role this person will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing beauty products for shipment to our customers.

Responsibilities

Accurately locating and picking beauty products from warehouse shelves based on customer orders using pick lists.
Conduct quality checks on products before packing to ensure that all items meet company standards and specifications.
Assist in monitoring inventory levels, report discrepancies, and help maintain a well-organized warehouse.
Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and packing goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Basic math skills for counting and measuring.
