Are you a seasoned M&A Attorney looking for a dynamic opportunity with a respected and growing organization? Our client, a prestigious firm located in Downtown Detroit, is seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney with 4 to 8 years of experience handling complex business, corporate, and M&A transactions.

What You’ll Do:
You'll play a pivotal role in advising clients on strategic transactions, with responsibilities including:

Drafting and negotiating stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, LLC operating agreements, joint venture agreements, sales agreements, and other complex contracts.
Leading and supporting various stages of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other business combinations.
Collaborating with stakeholders across disciplines to structure and execute deals.
Advising on legal risks, business strategies, and corporate governance matters.

What We’re Looking For:

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the State Bar (Michigan).
4–8 years of experience focused on M&A and general corporate matters, ideally within a law firm or in-house legal department.
Demonstrated experience managing complex transactions from due diligence through post-closing.
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
