Switchboard Operator

Snelling is currently recruiting a Switchboard Operator for a car dealership in the Ensley, AL area looking for an upbeat and outgoing personality to join their amazing team!!!

Starting Pay: $15.00/hr

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Switchboard Operator Duties:

Answer multi-line telephone system, determine caller's needs and route to the appropriate department.
Greet visitors, determine their needs, and contact the appropriate department for visitor escort.
Filing
Make daily deposits through their systems and bank systems

Switchboard Operator Requirements:

Will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Will have at least 2-year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment. Dealership experience preferred
Experience with deposits
Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.
