ARES is growing and looking to bring on a Technical Recruiter to work on contract opportunities within the Public Sector (Ontario Provincial Government).
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing and qualifying to offer presentation and employment verifications.
- Manage a high volume of IT requisitions.
- Ensure all candidate information and notes are uploaded and maintained in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide an excellent candidate experience to all candidates.
- Continuously grow a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure all interaction internally with team members and externally with candidates complies with HR best practices, diversity and inclusion best practices and the human rights code.
Qualifications
- Must have previous experience and demonstrated success with high volume IT recruitment in an a VMS (vendor management system) environment
- University Degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant discipline
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Critical thinking skills with a desire to learn
- Positive attitude with strong collaboration skills
- Detail oriented with a strong work ethic
