ComResource is looking for a Talent Coordinator.
We need someone to assist in supporting the talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent development processes while ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume global scheduling of interviews including phone screens, video conferences, presentations, and onsite interviews.
- Coordinate and oversee the new hire onboarding process, including background checks, drug screens, and new hire orientation tasks.
- Provide guidance to candidates throughout the interview process and ensure smooth execution of phone and onsite interviews.
- Communicate timely updates to candidates regarding application and interview statuses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate room availability, catering, supplies, and logistics for meetings and talent development events.
- Maintain and update a centralized calendar for the Talent Development team.
- Track and manage rosters for various training programs and talent initiatives.
- Handle attendee follow-ups and communications related to learning programs.
- Assist with enrollment, participation tracking, and feedback collection for training programs.
- Support tracking and reporting of key talent metrics (e.g., training completion rates, employee engagement).
- Identify and recommend improvements to talent management and learning processes.
Essentials:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative support, or executive coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Desired:
- Experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management software or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Previous exposure to talent development or learning and development programs.
