Penmac is NOW Hiring for Warehouse Stocker positions

These are expected to be full-time and temp to hire based 
on work performance and company need. 

Starting pay: $15.00/hr 
Hours: Monday - Thursday 4:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (with OT as required) 
Steel-toe/Composite shoes are required


Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 
● Assess incoming freight and create a plan to receive products to shelves with team members. If the product load is excessive, work with the inside sales team to prioritize 
● Put away returns that are received from the warranty process 
● Organize product on the shelves to maximize free space for future incoming orders Skills & Qualifications: ● Must have basic math skills 
● Must have basic computer skills 
● Must have the ability to stand for long hours 
● Must have the flexibility and ability to work under pressure 
● Must have the ability to be trained on a scanning gun 
● Must be Truck Lift Certified by the official Trainer at Tri-State Enterprises 
● Must constantly endeavor to portray the DRIVE Core Values Educational Requirements: 
● The Equipment Stocker should have a high school diploma or its equivalent 
● The Equipment Stocker is required to receive training and Truck Lift Certification by the Trainer at Tri-State Enterprises before operating the machinery. Training revolves around familiarizing the Equipment Stocker with relevant policies, job duties, and necessary employee technology. 

Work Environment: 
This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. Although the warehouse is not totally climate-controlled, oscillating fans and cooling mechanisms in the summertime and heating devices in the wintertime are in place throughout the warehouse to provide more comfortability.

Physical Demands: 
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
