Janitor

Penmac Staffing is seeking janitorial workers for a well known company in Monett MO. Hours: 5:00pm - 1:30am

Pay is $15.40– Temp to Hire.

What you’ll be responsible for:

Sweeps, mops, scrubs, straightens, and vacuums all assigned facilities.
Notifies management of the need for major repairs or additions.
Undertakes deep cleaning projects for bathrooms, duplexes, conference rooms, classrooms, storage areas, cafeteria, and other detailed areas.
Cleans exterior areas, including sweeping sidewalks, porches, and decks.
Empties trash and garbage containers and disposes of waste properly.
Cleans carpets both by hand and using machines.
Details company vehicles.
Conducts deep cleaning of furniture, including moving and rearranging items.
Maintains building supplies and completes order forms as needed.
Engages in tasks requiring pushing, pulling, lifting, kneeling, bending, squatting, and standing on ladders.
Performs tasks involving getting down on hands and knees, scrubbing, and bending.
Handles various cleaning chemicals and equipment, such as automatic scrubbers, carpet extractors, and buffers.
Works outdoors for short periods in all weather conditions
May perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need to have:

Minimum one year of janitorial or related experience.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for up to eight hours, constantly moving.
Able to manage stairways, work with hands above head, and clean various areas both indoors and outdoors.
HSD/GED, Clean Background
