A well-established industrial equipment service company in the Houston area is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting and HR Assistant to join their team. In this role, the Accounting and HR Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day AP functions, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring accurate financial and employee records. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $48K/yr. - $58K/yr.

The perfect Accounting & HR Assistant for our client will have:

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting support
Hands-on experience with ADP (specifically ADP Run)
Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Experience handling confidential payroll and employee information with discretion
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
