Position Overview

Mixed Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a licensed Staff Pharmacist to join a well-established, community-focused independent pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who values patient relationships and wants to make a meaningful impact on community health.

This position offers a highly desirable schedule with no nights, no Sundays, and no major holidays.

Schedule

Pharmacy Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Ideal schedule:

4 days per week
Every other Saturday required

Flexible option available:

3 days one week / 4 days the next
Every other Saturday is required

Responsibilities

Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions
Provide patient counseling and medication education
Deliver clinical services
Collaborate with healthcare providers
Provide OTC recommendations
Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Active Pharmacist License (State of Michigan)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
