Key Requirements:

Experience in MIG, TIG, Flux Core and Stick welding required
Must pass weld test with 7018, 6010, and 309 stick electrodes on carbon and stainless steel plate in all positions (flat, vertical, overhead).
Must have own weld tools/ PPE
Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
Prep materials through grinding, fitting, and aligning components.
Ability to handle shipyard work
