Assistant Marketing Manager – Retail Portfolio (Rebranding Focus)

Position Overview

Cardinal Staffing is hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager to support a retail marketing portfolio. Location Cranberry Twp. PA This role focuses on coordinating and executing rebranding initiatives across multiple consumer brands including Glidden, Olympic, Liquid Nails, and Homax.

Rebranding Project Management

Support and lead assigned rebranding initiatives from planning through execution
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Track dependencies and identify risks or delays
Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand elements across all updated materials

Creative and Asset Coordination

Partner with design and marketing teams to update packaging, labels, signage, and digital content
Audit and identify marketing assets requiring updates
Develop and maintain update plans and timelines
Coordinate distribution of updated assets to internal teams and stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with design, legal, product, and operations teams to align on requirements and approvals
Facilitate review and feedback cycles to keep projects on track
Communicate project status updates clearly to stakeholders

Process and Documentation

Maintain tracking tools, spreadsheets, and documentation related to rebranding initiatives
Document timelines, decisions, and completed deliverables
Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow efficiency

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
Experience managing projects from start to finish
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to coordinate across teams and manage timelines effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with project management tools is a plus

This is intended to be a 6 month to 1 yr. project

Compensation: $35.00
