Assistant Marketing Manager – Retail Portfolio (Rebranding Focus)
Position Overview
Cardinal Staffing is hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager to support a retail marketing portfolio. Location Cranberry Twp. PA This role focuses on coordinating and executing rebranding initiatives across multiple consumer brands including Glidden, Olympic, Liquid Nails, and Homax.
Rebranding Project Management
- Support and lead assigned rebranding initiatives from planning through execution
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track dependencies and identify risks or delays
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of brand elements across all updated materials
Creative and Asset Coordination
- Partner with design and marketing teams to update packaging, labels, signage, and digital content
- Audit and identify marketing assets requiring updates
- Develop and maintain update plans and timelines
- Coordinate distribution of updated assets to internal teams and stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with design, legal, product, and operations teams to align on requirements and approvals
- Facilitate review and feedback cycles to keep projects on track
- Communicate project status updates clearly to stakeholders
Process and Documentation
- Maintain tracking tools, spreadsheets, and documentation related to rebranding initiatives
- Document timelines, decisions, and completed deliverables
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination
- Experience managing projects from start to finish
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage timelines effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
This is intended to be a 6 month to 1 yr. project
Compensation: $35.00
