SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Fulfillment and Replenishment Associate for a fast-paced distribution and warehouse facility in Grand Prairie, TX. A successful Fulfillment and Replenishment Associate will have experience in unloading trucks, stocking inventory, and supporting order fulfillment operations. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a physically demanding environment, and a commitment to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in a high-volume warehouse setting.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($15–$18/hour based on experience) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include:
• Monday through Friday
• 1st Shift 5am to 1:30pm
• Overtime may be available based on production needs

Responsibilities of the Fulfillment and Replenishment Associate:

• Unload incoming trucks and verify shipments for accuracy and damage
• Sort, stage, and move products to designated storage areas
• Replenish stock in pick locations to support order fulfillment
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment as needed
• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Required Qualifications of the Fulfillment and Replenishment Associate:

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or unloading experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
