Location: Des Plaines, IL

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

SURESTAFF is hiring Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a well-established client in Des Plaines, IL. As a Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in warehouse operations—ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time.

We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Shift Available:

1st & 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

Safely load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
Verify shipment accuracy (quantity & quality checks)
Perform picking, packing, and labeling duties efficiently and safely
Move and organize products within the warehouse
Complete returns processing and required documentation
Conduct basic equipment checks and routine maintenance
Lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift (required)
Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to work overtime as needed
