Summary
Responsible for the design and management of manufacturing systems, focusing on the machine and assembly processes to produce products.  Create the stages of a manufacturing system that’s responsible for turning raw materials of production into finished products.  

Primary Duties
Provide engineering guidance to manufacturing ensuring customer specifications are met
Develop and implement engineering systems following engineering standards
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Proven Engineering knowledge in Aerospace Manufacturing environment
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Expertise with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers
Ability to read and interpret technical documents
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements
Minimum 5 years Manufacturing Engineer Experience
Degree in Engineering or comparable combination of education and experience
Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Database

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Ability to move through facility and up and down stairs
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Ability to visually see hard copy customer/engineering specifications
Ability to hear and respond to Customer’s via telephone and in person
