Our client, a leader in design, development and manufacture of innovative aerospace systems, has an immediate need for an experienced and results-driven Applications Developer to join their Program Management Office (PMO) team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in the development and delivery of tools, capabilities, and dashboards to support program managers and leadership across SMS. The successful candidate will utilize their tool administration and SharePoint expertise to develop innovative software solutions that align with business objectives and stakeholder needs. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, system administration, and database management. This is a 12+ month contract assignment.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites and Power Platform solutions, including Power
- Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Build and update Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven) and Power Automate flows based on
- established requirements.
- Reconstruct or enhance workflow logic previously built in Nintex, using provided mappings and
- specifications.
- Implement SharePoint Online components such as lists, libraries, content structures,
- permissions, and UI customizations.
- Perform basic to intermediate SPFx development (React/TypeScript) when needed to meet
- functional requirements.
- Make iterative updates quickly as feedback is provided by the internal technical lead.
- Provide development support during migration and stabilization periods.
- Prepare solution materials and handoff documentation for end-user ownership.
- Troubleshoot issues and assist with post-deployment stabilization.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic
- Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others
- in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site
three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local
commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
- BS/BA in related field plus 2 or more years related experience - Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master’s Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- Proficient in SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, specifically Power Apps and Power
- Automate.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
- Experience With Nintex and/or moving from SharePoint on premises to SharePoint Online
- Experience with databases, cloud computing, SaaS, Gov Cloud, and On-Premise environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI and data visualization software.
- Experience with JSON/HTML/CSS or other software language.
- Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
- Aerospace, defense, or regulated environments experience
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $43.00/HR - $46.66/HR (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
