Sash Line Operator

United Talent Staffing is seeking dependable Sash Line Operators to support production for a window and door manufacturing facility in the New Martinsville, WV area. This role focuses on assembling window sash components and preparing units for final production.

Key Responsibilities

Assembling sash frames using cut vinyl or aluminum components
Installing glass panes into sash frames
Applying glazing bead or sealant to secure glass
Operating pneumatic tools, rollers, or corner welders (depending on line design)
Inspecting sash units for squareness, seal integrity, and defects
Labeling and staging completed sash for transfer to final assembly lines
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Following production quotas and safety procedures
Meet daily production goals in a team environment

Shift & Pay

$12.00/hour
Monday–Thursday, 8am-7pm
Overtime required based on production needs

Position Requirements

Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive tasks
Lift, push, and pull 50–75 lbs. as needed
Comfortable working around machinery, hand tools, and assembly equipment
Good hand eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to read measurements and use basic tools accurately
Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (closed toe shoes, safety glasses; gloves optional)
Reliable attendance and dependability required
Willingness to work overtime as production demands increase

Preferred Experience

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience helpful but not required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Team oriented with strong work ethic
