Job Summary:

ASAP Personnel Services is looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Recruiter to join our fast-paced Frisco office. In this role, you’ll help source, screen, and place top-tier candidates for a wide range of roles across multiple industries. Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates using a variety of platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings
Post job ads and keep postings updated across job boards and social media
Assist with onboarding, new hire paperwork, and background checks
Provide outstanding communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs and hiring goals
Attend job fairs and recruiting events to promote the ASAP brand

Qualifications:

1–2 years of recruiting, staffing, or HR experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools is a bonus
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
