Sr. Recruiter

We're Hiring: Senior Recruiter (In-Office) – Addison, TX
Located off Beltline Rd & Dallas North Tollway
Pay: $22–$25/hr DOE + Monthly Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00AM - 5:00PM

ASAP Personnel is growing, and we’re looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced team! This is an in-office role for someone who is upbeat, confident, and ready to lead with energy and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across various roles
Partnering with clients to understand hiring needs
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent
Managing job postings, onboarding, and follow-up processes
Mentoring junior recruiters and helping guide the team

What We’re Looking For:

Previous recruiting experience (preferably in staffing or agency)
A natural leader with strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-volume environment
Experience with Avionté is a huge plus
Spanish-speaking is a plus (not required)
