We are looking for a Contracts Coordinator for our client in Riverside! You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, from initial intake and review to execution and ongoing oversight.
This role requires detailed analysis of contract terms, alignment with organizational goals, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to negotiate, revise, and finalize agreements. The Coordinator will oversee agreements involving customers, brokers, lease arrangements, and vendors, spanning various levels of complexity. A key focus of this role is ensuring compliance, minimizing risk, and maintaining accurate records throughout each stage of the contract lifecycle.

- Pay: $32/hour
- Hybrid after fully trained
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and interpret contract terms to ensure alignment with the company’s legal, operational, and financial objectives.
- Recommend and draft revisions to contracts based on company policy, risk mitigation standards, and negotiation outcomes.
- Execute finalized agreements and ensure all contractual obligations are clearly documented and communicated.
- Maintain the contract lifecycle management system, including updating attributes, tracking key dates, and setting renewal alerts.
- Communicate essential contract details—including executed agreements, amendments, and expirations—to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Monitor customer-specific requirements on third-party portals to ensure ongoing compliance; communicate changes to appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, operations, and external parties to address contract-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field; contract management or paralegal experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret and revise legal documents; training provided by Contracts Manager as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and risk assessment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of interacting professionally across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive contract data.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to assess cost-benefit outcomes of contract terms and make informed recommendations.
- Proficiency in identifying problems and proposing effective, timely solutions.
- Mastery of the English language, including reading comprehension, written documentation, and oral communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); capable of quickly learning contract management and other internal systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to engage subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels.
